Enrolments Engagement Coordinator

Fixed term, part time – 15 hours per week (term weeks only)
Commencing as soon as practicable to end of Term 3 2026, with the option to extend the contract and increase hours in Term 4

The Enrolments Engagement Coordinator supports prospective families through their decision-making journey and assists in guiding enquiries through to enrolment. The role is highly relationship-focused, with a strong emphasis on proactive outreach, pipeline management, and delivering a positive experience for prospective families.

In this role, you'll respond to enquiries via phone, email and in-person, build genuine rapport with prospective students and their families, and build genuine relationships with parents and carers as they navigate one of the biggest decisions for their family. You'll work closely with our marketing, enrolments and leadership teams to create a seamless, personal experience at every step of the enrolment journey.

We're looking for someone with outstanding interpersonal skills, a genuine warmth with children and families, and the organisational skills to manage enquiries, tours and applications with care and efficiency. Experience in school enrolments, education, hospitality, or customer relationship roles would be highly regarded.

Director of OSHC - St Peters Campus Blackwood

Part-time (28 hours per week)
Fixed term with the potential to be ongoing for the right candidate
Immediate start

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Director of OSHC to oversee our OSHC service at our St Peters Campus in Blackwood. 

The Director of OSHC is responsible to the Head of OSHC Services for the coordination and direction of activities in the OSHC and Vacation Care service at St Peters Campus. The Director ensures that quality care is provided to meet the individual and group needs of school age children in a respectful, supportive, equitable and inclusive manner.

The Director of OSHC has:

  • a minimum Diploma (or equivalent) qualification and experience applicable to the Director of OSHC role
  • a current WWCC
  • a current RRHAN-EC certification
  • Provide First Aid accreditation
  • experience leading a team and working in a team environment
  • familiarity with relevant school policies, guidelines and procedures
  • appropriate knowledge of digital technologies applicable to the role

The ability to work flexibly between 7:15am and 6:00pm during Before and After School Hours Care, Pupil Free Days and Vacation Care is essential for the role.
